Requirements  – 5% genuine savings as required by the bank – and entitled to the Queensland Government First Home Owners Grant.  You will be entitled to the Dual Key Way- First Home Owners Incentive on selected House and Land Packages.

The Dual Key Way – Incentive will meet the Non-Genuine Savings to form 10% deposit requirements and Mortgage Insurance Premium in satisfying sufficient funds to complete and assist customer in achieving bank finance approval.
